It’s now been on the shelves of America’s Walmart for a while now, and the time has now come for the iPhone to lower itself to a retailer’s shelves here in good old Blighty.
Don’t expect Tesco Value on tariffs though, as the Tesco Mobile service is provided by O2, who this month lost their iPhone exclusivity.
As for a time scale, all we have to go on is that the supermarket will introduce the iPhone 3G and 3GS into its retail operation “shortly”.
You can go register your interest over on Tesco’s website.
